Over the past few weeks we've enjoyed observing the metamorphosis of caterpillars into Painted Lady butterflies. My sister had given the boys a butterfly garden kit a few years ago and we never actually ordered the caterpillars until now. It was a fun process to observe! And yesterday we released four new Painted Lady butterflies into Central Ohio.
Wonderful isn't it?! We do this every year with caterpillars from the conservatory, kids never get tired of watching this!
